Welcome to Imagicraft Studios. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including post-production services, VFX, and social media management. By engaging with us, you agree to these terms.

Imagicraft Studios provides the following services:
   - Post-production services
   - VFX (Visual Effects)
   - Social media management

*3. Client Responsibilities*
   - Provide all necessary materials, including raw footage, images, and access to social media accounts, in a timely manner.
   - Ensure that all materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights or violate any laws.
   - Communicate any changes or additional requirements promptly.

*4. Payment Terms*
   - Fees for services are outlined in the proposal or agreement provided. 
   - Payments are due as specified in the agreement, and late payments may incur additional charges.
   - All payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.

*5. Deliverables and Deadlines*
   - Imagicraft Studios will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines. 
   - Delays caused by the client or unforeseen circumstances may impact the delivery schedule.
   - Final deliverables will be provided as per the specifications agreed upon.

*6. Intellectual Property*
   - All intellectual property rights for the work created by Imagicraft Studios will be transferred to the client upon full payment.
   - Imagicraft Studios retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

*7. Confidentiality*
   - Both parties agree to keep any confidential information obtained during the course of the project private and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.

*8. Limitation of Liability*
   - Imagicraft Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
   - Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services that gave rise to the claim.

*9. Termination*
   - Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party fails to meet their obligations.
   - Upon termination, the client will be responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.

*10. Governing Law*
   - These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

*11. Changes to Terms*
   - Imagicraft Studios reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
